Jane Froyd's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. Her experience includes litigating copyright disputes involving computer software and internet web casting as well as trademark disputes in a wide range of industries including e-commerce, media, finance, computer software, apparel, hospitality, and spirits. Jane also has handled patent, trade secret, false advertising, and cybersquatting matters.

Jane is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association.
