Harry Daniels is a retired partner in the firm's Litigation/Controversy and Securities Departments. He joined the firm in 1971 and retired in 2011.

Listed in Best Lawyers in America and in Boston Magazine as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" in business litigation, Mr. Daniels practiced complex litigation, with an emphasis on business disputes, products liability, securities, and common law intellectual property protection. For almost 40 years, Mr. Daniels represented a broad range of clients, including public and private technology, software, investment, insurance, manufacturing, construction and real estate development companies, and governmental entities.
In 2008, Mr. Daniels was honored in the second annual list of Lawyers Weekly Diversity Heroes.
