Scott Daniel has more than 35 years of experience in the practice of law. His practice is presently devoted to civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, general commercial dispute resolution and business law. Scott is licensed in Nebraska and Arkansas and has represented clients in Nebraska and Arkansas state and federal courts as welll as all related appellate courts, state and federal transportation regulatory commissions and securities' self-regulatory organizations and arbitration forums.
Prior to joining Gettman & Mills, Scott was a partner in Brashear LLP of Omaha, Nebraska and Hilburn, Calhoon, Harper, Pruniski & Calhoun, Ltd. of North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Scott's extensive litigation experience has involved complex business disputes, including contract claims, construction failure, copyright infringement, insurance, negligence, securities fraud, trade secret protection and transportation regulatory matters, as well as employment matters.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, the University of Nebraska College of Law and is currently a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association House of Delegates.
