Laine S. Posel is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Posel furnishes clients with advice and litigation assistance on a variety of employment law matters. Ms. Posel specializes in counseling clients during reduction-in-forces, in Fair Labor Standards Act issues, and employment discrimination claims. Ms. Posel was a member of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and was also a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Program.
