There is a difference between getting a case and trying a case. Jim has tried numerous civil cases (wrongful death, car wrecks, truck wrecks, premises liability, insurance disputes, warranty, construction, products liability, workers comp, Dram Shop, toxic torts, business disputes, nursing home abuse, maritime) and criminal cases (death penalty, DUI, etc.). He has tried cases in both state and federal courts.
The philosophy of Jim's law practice is based upon a passionate commitment to the client and their case. Even when the case is over, Jim is always available to help in any way he can.
His wife Leah has endured him for twenty years and he is blessed with two children Claire (Murphy High School) and Jack (St. Luke's).
