Ms. Dalton is an associate in the Business Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of complex real estate financing, title insurance, real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing, condominiums and cooperatives, related partnership and corporate matters, zoning and land use, and real estate tax matters.
Ms. Dalton works with life insurance companies, commercial banks and other institutional lenders, residential and commercial real estate developers, investors, and title insurance companies and agencies.
Ms. Dalton received her B.A. from Smith College in 1972 and her J.D. from Temple University Law School in 1976. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
