A family law attorney with more than 20 years of experience, Laura Fretland works with clients to provide quality legal representation geared toward each client's circumstances. This includes helping the client determine which process is most appropriate, whether litigation, negotiated settlement, collaborative law, or mediation. Her goal is to provide the legal advice and expertise clients need to make good decisions about their divorce and their future. Ms. Fretland graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1983, and has lectured and published materials for lawyers on topics including elder law divorce and antenuptial agreements. She is a member of the Collaborative Law Institute and a number of other family law organizations.
