Walter J. Czechowski graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University, With Honors, in 1973. He received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Detroit College of Law in 1976. He is a founding member and partner in the Center Line Law Firm of Bieber & Czechowski, P.C. and specializes in probate, estate planning, family law, corporate, real estate, and social security.

Walter J. Czechowski is on the Board of Directors for the National Polish-American Sports Hall of Fame, past Director of the Anchor Bay Chamber of Commerce, and a former Assistant Girls Golf Coach for Notre Dame Prep. High School. Mr. Czechowski's wife, Carolyn, is a teacher in the Avondale School System and the current President of the Avondale Education Association (Teacher's Union). The Czechowskis' only child, Lauren, graduated from Albion College and currently is enrolled in a Psychology Doctorate Program in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Czechowski specializes in Probate and Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Social Security, and Corporate matters. He has represented clients in matters pertaining to Estates, Will and Trust contests throughout the State of Michigan. Mr. Czechowski is frequently appointed by the probate courts as a guardian ad litem or attorney on disputed matters, and sits as a case evaluator, mediator and facilitator for both district and circuit courts. Mr. Czechowski has litigated and settled trust contests and recently resolved a trust contest for an amount in excess of $3,000,000. For the past 15 years, Mr. Czechowski is one of the few attorneys in Macomb County that has actually handled jury trials pertaining to contested trust and will matters. In the area of personal injury, Mr. Czechowski has settled millions of dollars in cases, (much like his probate litigation practice), and has participated in litigation at trials throughout the State of Michigan.
