Practice focuses on business and commercial real estate matters including formation and reorganization of businesses, acquisition development leasing and sale of real estate business and loan workouts, planning and strategic litigation decisions, business and personal finance, banking and capital planning, estate and trust, and general business matters involving property and business issues.

- Representation of developers in acquisitions of land, financing, zoning, development of commercial and residential subdivisions and sale of developed parcels.
- Representation of lending institutions in the area of financing of land, office, retail, industrial and residential properties and loan work out issues.
- Representation of companies and individuals regarding litigation of business and property disputes.
- Representation of owners of real estate with respect to the purchase, acquisition, sale and lease of properties.
- Representation of a variety of businesses in the development of business concepts including raising the capital and management of capital.
- Representation of individuals with respect to management of their assets, their estate plans and other issues with respect to family planning.
- Representation with regard to the financing and leasing or sale of condominium and residential subdivisions, apartment projects, office and warehouse projects and shopping centers.
- Representation and resolution of intra-company disputes.
- Served on the board of various banks and other businesses involved in a variety of business enterprises.
