Benjamin Currier litigates criminal, family law, and general civil disputes. He has represented clients in felony and misdemeanor criminal trials, family law matters, and a wide range of commercial disputes - including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, replevin, eviction, and real property issues.
Ben serves on the Executive Counsel for the Colorado Bar Association's Young Lawyer Division and is the 2011 Chair-elect for the Young Lawyer's Division. In March, 2011, he was invited by the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court to serve as the Liaison among the Colorado Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division and the Chief Justice's Commission on the Legal Profession. Ben sits on the Board of Directors of the Arapahoe County Bar Association and is the current 2010-2011 Meetings Chairman. Ben is a graduate of the 2010 Colorado Bar Association's Leadership Training Program (COBALT) class and serves on the 2011 COBALT Programs Committee. In 2007, Ben was named Young Lawyer of the Year by the Arapahoe County Bar Association.
Ben is a Colorado native and enjoys fishing, camping and skiing. He lives in Denver with his wife, Suzanne, and their mellow yellow lab, Finley.
