As an Associate with Paul Frank + Collins, Mr. Pocius utilizes his education and hands-on experience with both the Judiciary and environmental organizations. Prior to joining Paul Frank + Collins, Mr. Pocius was a Judicial Law Clerk with the State of Vermont Trial Courts, a clerk with the Office of the Vermont Attorney General, and an intern for both Earthjustice in Seattle, Washington and the Vermont Supreme Court. Dave also worked with the Nantucket Conservation Foundation, participated in a Lesser Long-Nosed Bat Foraging Ecology Study at the University of Arizona, and examined the relationship between Alzheimer’s disease and brain physiology while working at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

At Paul Frank + Collins, Mr. Pocius's practice focuses on land use and tort law. He maintains an active practice in the state and federal courts of both Vermont and New York
