Focus of Practice
Ms. Francolin's practice focuses on representation of banking institutions, construction companies, and business entities in the collection of high dollar secured and unsecured debt, the prosecution and defense of construction lien actions, and employment disputes. Ms. Francolin represents clients in courts throughout the State of Florida and in mediations and arbitration hearings.
