Julie Poage, a personal injury attorney with Bailey & Galyen, joined the firm in 2012. Ms. Poage, a Midland, Texas native, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2009.
Ms. Poage graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications and earned her Business Foundations Certification, with High Distinction, from McCombs School of Business. In 2007, Ms. Poage obtained her law degree from University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where she participated in the Litigation Skills Program. After admission to the State Bar of Florida, Ms. Poage practiced family, guardianship, and probate law in Miami and greater Dade County. After returning to Texas in 2009, Ms. Poage's practice has primarily focused on general civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury. Ms. Poage is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
