Amanda Podlucky is an attorney in the casualty department in the Orlando, Florida office, where she focuses her practice on representing clients in premises liability matters, including aggressively defending hotels, restaurants, retailers and recreational facilities against personal injury, negligent security and related general liability claims.
Prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, Amanda worked as an Associate for a Florida-based Corporate and Insurance Defense law firm, where she served as a Division Leader, managing a full case load defending clients in both premises liability and automobile and trucking negligence matters. Amanda has obtained favorable results for her clients both at mediation and trial, including a defense verdict following a trial where she represented a major hotel chain in a matter involving an alleged elevator malfunction.
Amanda attended the Georgia Institute of Technology ("Georgia Tech") where she graduated with honors in 2004 , with a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy. After graduation, Amanda earned her Juris Doctor at Villanova University Law School, where she graduated with honors in 2007. During law school, Amanda was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society as well as the Pro Bono Law Society. She was elected as an officer to the Student Bar Association as Villanova Law School's ABA Representative for the 2006-2007 school year. Amanda was a member of the Villanova Law Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, where she served as both a staff writer and Managing Editor for the journal. She also had the opportunity to serve as a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under the Honorable Charles R. Weiner.
Amanda is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
