Franklin, Keith

Keith B. Franklin was born in Mobile, Alabama in 1964.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Spring Hill College in 1986, and received his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University cum laude in 1989.  Mr. Franklin is a member of the Alabama State Bar and has been admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.  Mr. Franklin was inducted into the membership of Curia Honoris by Cumberland School of Law, was Associate Editor for the Cumberland Law Review in 1988-89, and was a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow in 1987-88. 

Mr. Franklin’s practice areas include personal injury, negligence, wrongful death, employment discrimination, contracts, construction law, nuisance and trespass cases.
