Stuart J. Frank was born in Hartford, Connecticut. He graduated Bates College in 1981 with a B.A. in Psychology and thereafter attended Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, he was a member of the Law Review, publishing two case comments. After graduating law school, Mr. Frank became an associate with a sole practitioner in Winchester, MA, where he practiced general civil litigation, real estate, and landlord/tenant law. In March 1987, Mr. Frank joined the firm of Nathanson & Goldberg and primarily is involved with real estate matters, including the representation of institutional lenders in commercial and residential transactions, landlords and tenants in leasing and evictions, and individuals with the purchase and sale of real estate. Mr. Frank also continues his practice in general civil litigation, including personal injury and collection matters.
