Frank, Rainer Armin

Jason Frank is a counsel in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2007. Mr. Frank has a broad corporate finance and transactional practice, with an emphasis on public and private securities offerings.

Practice

Mr. Frank has represented public and private companies and major investment banks in various debt and equity transactions, including SEC registered offerings and transactions exempt from registration in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Frank was a corporate associate with the New York office of Latham & Watkins LLP, and served as assistant vice president and associate counsel at ICON Capital Corp. in New York City.
