Alex Francuzenko is a partner in the law firm of Cook, Craig & Francuzenko, PLLC. Mr. Francuzenko is a graduate of T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. While in law school, he interned for the United States Magistrate Judge David G. Lowe of the Eastern District of Virginia, and subsequently clerked for the Circuit Court of Queen Anne's County, Maryland.
Mr. Francuzenko has been engaged in the practice of law for nearly 17 years, focusing on litigation. He is a member of the Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland Bars, and actively practices in the state and federal courts in all three jurisdictions. Mr. Francuzenko has had success representing clients in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the state courts throughout Virginia. Mr. Francuzenko has been representing Constitutional Officers and Regional Jails in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over nine years.
In addition to Mr. Francuzenko's Constitutional law practice, he represents several pest control companies in various matters including: liability cases, employment matters, and commercial disputes. Mr. Francuzenko also represents various individual and institutional clients in litigation matters involving: auto torts, employment issues, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage and commercial matters.
