Francoline, Stacey

Timothy J. Cuddigan has been an attorney since 1975, and has fought for the rights of injured clients since beginning his legal career. Since 1994, Mr. Cuddigan has focused his practice on representing Social Security and SSI disability claimants. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska.

Mr. Cuddigan is a sustaining member of National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2004. He currently serves as the organization's treasurer. He belongs to several professional organizations including the American Association for Justice and the Nebraska Association for Trial Attorneys, having acted as a Member of the Board of Directors from 1990-1998. He has been active in community concerns as a Member of the Institutional Review Board of Creighton University from 1997 to 2006. He is a member of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and serves as the president of NAMI Nebraska.

Mr. Cuddigan is an alum of Creighton University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1974. He also holds a Bachelor's in History from Creighton University. Mr. Cuddigan enjoys practicing law with his son, Sean Cuddigan.
