Jennifer C. Frank is the president of Jennifer C. Frank, P.A. located in Altamonte Springs, Florida. While the law firm was founded in 2008, Ms. Frank has more than 15 years of experience as a practicing family law attorney.

Ms. Frank was born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina on June 16, 1968 and grew up in West Lafayette, Indiana. She attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated in 1990 with majors in both political science and music. Ms. Frank attended University of Miami School of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctor degree in 1994.

Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Frank practiced family law in a variety of settings ranging from Legal Services to a large downtown Orlando law firm to serving as a partner in a smaller family law specialty practice in Winter Park, Florida.

As a family law and divorce attorney, Ms. Frank takes pride in her long-established history of providing excellent legal services to her clients. Her sense of compassion for the emotional difficulties faced by her clients and their children is combined with her practical and common-sense approach to the practice of law.

Ms. Frank has an extensive history in family law litigation which involves the handling of cases primarily in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. From time to time she has also handled cases litigated in Lake and Volusia (Deland) Counties. The types of cases she handles include, among other things, divorce (dissolution of marriage), paternity, child support enforcement, alimony, modification actions, custody cases, divorce cases involving closely held businesses and the valuation of specialized assets, relocation of minor children, and prenuptial agreements.
 
While Ms. Frank is a seasoned and experienced trial attorney, she is also trained in and has experience handling cases in the Collaborative Law model. She believes strongly that a successful family law case is one in which the parties and their attorneys reach a resolution which serves the best interests of the family as a whole. The majority of family law matters handled by Ms. Frank are resolved through mediation, settlement negotiations and cases handled within the Collaborative Law model. Ms. Frank recognizes that when a family law case does not successfully settle and must go to trial, the only real winners are the attorneys. She is therefore steadfastly committed to helping her clients find creative solutions to resolve their cases in ways that make both legal and practical sense to the client and the family as a whole.
