Joe has been with the firm since October 2004 after many years of independent practice, partnership in a law firm and attorney for several municipal entities and Fire Districts, many of which he continues to serve today.
Joe's goal is to help clients and to counsel his many long time clients who require legal assistance in all areas of commercial real estate transfers, leasing, development and finance, estate and business succession planning, general corporate matters and municipal matters. Joe had more than 40 years of experience in these specialties for clients across Western New York. Joe's goal is to help clients.
Joe is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations. He served as an arbitrator for the Monroe County Bar Association and on the Judiciary Selection Committee of the Bar.
Joe and his wife, Maryann, live in Penfield and have two grown children.
