Francis, Gregorio A.

Julie is one of the founders of Hoff Curtis with a practice that emphasizes divorce and family law. She attended Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and received her B.A. degree in history from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and her J.D. degree cum laude from Vermont Law School in So. Royalton, Vermont.

Ms. Frame is admitted to practice in Vermont and the U.S. District Court, District of Vermont. She is a member of the Chittenden County Bar Association, Vermont Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She served as past chair of the Women's Section of the Vermont Bar Association.

Ms. Frame has presented seminars and lectures for the Vermont Bar Association, Vermont Trial Lawyers Association, Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility, University of Vermont and various continuing legal education organizations.

Ms. Frame has contributed to her community as a board member for Vermont Legal Aid, Prevent Child Abuse - Vermont, Shelburne Craft School, the Vermont Women's Health Center, and the Lake Champlain Waldorf School. She is currently raising her 15-year-old son with her husband in Charlotte, Vermont.
