Joshua Fox is a partner in the WilmerHale Venture Group and the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2001.
Practice
Mr. Fox provides advice to public and private companies with respect to venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, securities law compliance and general corporate matters. As a member of the WilmerHale Venture Group, Mr. Fox represents early-stage technology companies and provides advice to these companies in the areas of incorporation and start-up, venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
