Roe practices in the area of general business litigation, domestic relations and criminal law. His experience includes complex civil, domestic and criminal litigation in both Federal and State Courts, extensive jury trial work, and employment issues, including collective bargaining, non-compete and trade secret matters. In probate courts Roe engages in contested issues pertaining to guardianships, heir disputes, and will contests. Throughout his career Roe has served the community in various positions, including Magistrate at Summit County Juvenile Court, Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Summit County, Police Legal Advisor and Prosecutor for the Cities of Cuyahoga Falls and Stow, and Director of Administration for the Summit County Sheriff's Office. In the private sector Roe is active in the community. Among other pursuits he continues to donate his time to Community Legal Aid and is an officer for the Alumni Association Board of Western Reserve Academy.
