Daniel Fowler practices in areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, and insurance law. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Florida justice Association, and Brevard Bar Association.
A native of West Virginia, Mr. Fowler concentrates on litigation, insurance and negligence law. He has the distinction of being the only West Virginia College of Law graduate, where he graduated with honors, to earn a place on the West Virginia Law Review and Moot Court Boards, as well as to win the prestigious Baker Cup, the three highest honors attainable at the College of Law.
Prior to beginning his law career, Mr. Fowler earned undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry, a Master of Science degree in biology and served as Chairman of the West Virginia Historic Preservation Commission and also directed the State Archeological program. He has extensive experience and contacts in national, state and local political, administrative and environmental affairs. He is married, the father of four children, and has four grandchildren.
