Molly W. Fox is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
While in law school, Ms. Fox was a US Corporate Group intern in the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she researched various issues of US law and assisted with several IPOs. Her responsibilities included drafting and editing prospectuses, preparing for filing of initial registration statements, and providing support to a deal team in Milan. Ms. Fox also served as a legal intern with the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Project in Newton, Massachusetts, where she represented girls in the Massachusetts juvenile justice system for legal services, including child abuse, delinquency, post-disposition administrative advocacy, and public benefits matters. She appeared in court hearings as a guardian ad litem for female status offenders, researched and wrote memoranda on juvenile justice policy issues and attended workshops to enhance services for high-risk girls.
Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Fox was a litigation legal assistant with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City, where she worked on large-scale securities class action litigation and various pro bono matters.
