Chris Criglow practices in the arena of real estate law. He has represented buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, landlords and tenants on a wide variety of real estate related transactions. The majority of Mr. Criglow's experience has been in the areas of commercial (retail and office) and residential development, but has included purchase and sale, lease (space, building and ground leases), sale/lease-back and other transactions, including related financing, in various other contexts such as agricultural, timberland, and industrial properties and projects. Mr. Criglow has particular experience in representing both buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, and development of contaminated properties.
