Nicholas joined the firm as an associate attorney in October 2009. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2003 and his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2007. In law school, Nicholas served on the Moot Court Board, served as a student-attorney in the University Criminal Defense Clinic and worked as a research assistant for former Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice Robert Flanders.
Nicholas' civil litigation focuses on appeals and arguments before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He also has experience handling workers compensation, unemployment, landlord-tenant and general litigation matters. He is a member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA) and the Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims Bar Association.
In his spare time. Nicholas enjoys outdoors activities such as camping, playing basketball and going to the beach.
