Jerry Creim is a member in the Seattle office and currently serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and is chair of the Business Real Estate and Transactions practice group. His practice emphasizes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing, complex business transactions, financial services and banking, general business and corporate matters. His clients include public and private entities, Indian tribes, and companies doing business with tribal governments and enterprises. Mr. Creim is a fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He has received national recognition by Who’s Who in American Law in the areas of commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Mr. Creim is presently serving on the Board of Trustees for the Seattle/King County Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Mr. Creim has been named to Super Lawyers by Washington Law & Politicsmagazine since 2003, a “Top Lawyer” for Business Transaction Law by Seattle Magazine, and “Washington's Most Amazing Attorneys" by Washington CEOmagazine.
