M. Stacey Phillip has experience in general business, employment, and family law matters. Prior to joining Schifanelli & Associates, Ms. Phillip interned at the Maryland Public Defender's CINA (Child In Need of Assistance) Division and the Legal Aid Justice Center. Ms. Phillip received her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2010 and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Morgan State University in 2007.
Ms. Phillip has successfully represented clients in divorce proceedings, employment disputes, real estate contract negotiations, and business formations. Outside of the office, Ms. Phillip volunteers with Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS) and the Community Law Center where she assists local non-profit organizations in real estate and business law matters.
