Fong, Eric M.

Pamela Reese Folickman is a Marion County native. She is a first generation college graduate. Her father was Charles Reese, owner and operator of Reese Auto Sales, previously located on Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, WV. Her mother is Rosann Garrett Reese, a previous owner of Century 21 Real Estate, also located in Fairmont.

Ms. Folickman is a graduate of both Fairmont State College and West Virginia University. Ms. Folickman has taught at Fairmont State College and WVU as an adjunct professor.

Ms. Folickman is an experienced trial attorney, both in criminal and civil litigation. She has tried cases in Circuit Court, Magistrate Court and Federal Court. She has argued appeals at the West Virginia Supreme Court and submitted cases to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is licensed in Maryland and West Virginia and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Folickman is a member of the West Virginia Association for Justice, formerly the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, member/president of the Advisory Board for Teen Court of Marion County, West Virginia.

She has one son, Drew Hale and is the proud grandmother of one grandson, Jaxon Hale.

Ms. Folickman enjoys spending time at Tygart Lake with her kayak and paddle boat. She can be seen paddling around the lake with her dogs in the back. Ms. Folickman also has her Advanced SCUBA diving certificate and enjoys sitting at the bottom of Tygart Lake watching the schools of fish swim by. Currently, Ms. Folickman has begun to create jewelry for her friends.
