After law school, Ms. Flynn clerked for the Honorable A. Harris Adams, Cobb County State Court (Judge Adams is now a Justice on the Georgia Court of Appeals). After clerking for Judge Adams for over a year, Ms. Flynn moved to Birmingham, Alabama where she worked as an insurance defense attorney at the law firm of Duell, Yearout & Spina, P.C. After leaving Duell, Yearout & Spina, P.C., Ms. Flynn worked as an associate at the law firm of Porter, Porter & Hassinger, P.C. in Birmingham where she focused on insurance defense litigation and workers' compensation defense. She represented clients such as Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC and Asplundh Tree Expert Company. Ms. Flynn grew up in Albany, GA and returned home to her roots in 2002 where she joined in with Robert M. Margeson, III and they formed the firm of Margeson, Flynn & Associates, P.C. Ms. Flynn now primarily focuses on Personal Injury and Wrongful Death litigation, Real Estate Closings and Wills.
