Fogarty, James H

Prior to forming Pham and Stevenson Law Group, Christine was the managing attorney of the San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento, Fairfield and Stockton offices of the nation’s largest consumer bankruptcy law firm where she was responsible for the handling of over a thousand Chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases.

Christine began her legal training as an intern in the law division of a Fortune 100 corporation where she returned upon passing the California Bar exam, becoming the youngest lawyer in the Firm’s national litigation group. During her first year there, she successfully defended 100% of the cases she tried. She now focuses on helping clients file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and Chapter 13 bankruptcy relief. She uses the same determination and hard-working attitude that she used to successfully defend the cases she tried to now help her clients get the fresh start that they deserve in bankruptcy.

Christine graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2003. Prior to that she attended the University of California in Los Angeles where she earned her B.A. in Political Science.
