George Fogg has extensive experience representing parties in financing transactions, including representing (i) lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured working capital, acquisition and leveraged buyout financings, asset based financings, DIP financings, senior and mezzanine credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities, construction loans and CMBS financings; (ii) originators in securitization transactions; (iii) lessees in synthetic leases; and (iv) hedge funds in acquisition of distressed debt and bankruptcy claims.

George has represented numerous clients in bankruptcy, workout and insolvency matters. He is chair of the firm's Legal Opinion Committee, experienced in legal opinion issues and has broad experience preparing nonconsolidation and true-sale opinion letters in connection with financing transactions.
