Floyd, Melissa Bialos

John E. Pfau was born in Rockford, Illinois and has over thirty years experience with the firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of employment benefits law and taxation, with specialization in qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation plans for taxable and tax-exempt entities.

John is a Past President of the Employee Benefits Association of Northern Illinois and a Past President of RocVale Children's Home. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Sections on Federal Taxation and Employee Benefits and is a frequent lecturer and author in all areas of his practice.
