Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pettit was a summer associate at another firm in Palo Alto, where he contributed to issues of patent law related to patentable subject matter questions and injunction standards. As an intern in the Patents and Licensing Group at Intel, he analyzed patents and researched and discovered evidence of use.
Mr. Pettit’s professional experience includes extensive computer and database programming. He has worked for Manhattan Associates (formerly Evant), LogicTier, Electronic Arts and Oracle Corporation.
