Kathryn Flood, an associate with PilieroMazza PLLC, practices in the areas of government contracts, small business administration programs, business and corporate law, and litigation. Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Ms. Flood was an associate with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney P.C. in Washington, D.C. There, Ms. Flood participated and advised in all aspects of government contracts matters, representing clients in bid protest actions, requests for equitable adjustments, and claims and appeals before administrative boards, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the Court of Federal Claims, and state and local government agencies.
