Emily H. Cowles leads M&P's equine law practice, representing veterinarians, owners in litigation and transactions, and lenders in front-end documentation, work-outs, litigation and enforcement of the bank's collateral. Her practice also includes collections, foreclosures, loan workouts, commercial litigation and business and commercial real estate. Ms. Cowles is a shareholder and a member of the firm's Marketing and Litigation Committees, and numerous professional and equine organizations.

When she's not spending time with her two sons, Ms. Cowles enjoys cooking, running and caring for her thoroughbreds.
