Flaherty, Thomas F.

Jennifer handles the firm's Long Term Care Medicaid Planning Matters and Complex Trusts and Estates.  She also focuses her practice on Social Security and Medicaid-Qualified Spenddowns.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Waylon Baptist University, and graduated in the top of her class at the University of Texas School of Law. She was a member of the Interscholastic Mock Trial Team and was a member of the Domestic Violence Support Network.
