Grant H. Fleming received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1972, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fleming served as First Assistant District Attorney for Centre County from 1973 to 1974. He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Fleming is certified as Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, has served as an instructor in trial advocacy at The Dickinson School of Law and has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on the subjects of professional liability and trial advocacy. Grants has co-authored two chapters on medical malpractice prevention published in WebMD and frequently gives presentations at Grand Rounds at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
