Isaac F. Cotto is a graduate of John Marshall Law School and is an associate with The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines. His practice areas include immigration, family, personal injury and criminal law. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Cotto is a veteran of the United States Army, serving as a Military Police Officer for five years.
He is also a native of New York City, and has lived in Georgia since 2001. His passion for addressing current immigration issues lead him to volunteer during law school at the Georgia Latino Alliance for Human Rights (GLAHR).
Mr. Cotto combines his knowledge of the law with his courtroom experience to provide our clients with the best representation possible. Mr. Cotto is the lead attorney for all of the firm's Immigration clients. Mr. Cotto is a member of the American Bar Association , the Georgia Bar Association, and the American Immigration Law Association.
