Fitch, Elizabeth S.

Mr. Fisher has been practicing in law in northern Michigan since 1974. Mr. Fisher is well versed in all aspects of criminal and civil litigation. For more than three decades, he has worked in the criminal justice system and has tried numerous cases to verdict. He draws on his extensive courtroom experience to represent his clients. His experience gives him the real world know-how to advise clients throughout the litigation process. Mr. Fisher also concentrates his practice in family and domestic relations law, which includes routine and complex divorces, post-judgment matters, custody and parenting time disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and dissolution of relationship matters, child support, paternity, change of domicile, adoption, and personal protection orders. Mr. Fisher takes a collaborative approach in partnering with his clients. He believes in working toward a mutually acceptable and early resolution whenever possible, but is not afraid of “going to the mat” if circumstances so dictate.
