Stanley P. Fishman has been practicing law for almost forty years. During this period of time, he has tried over 150 civil cases and has argued many legal issues before the Appellate Division and Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey. Mr. Fishman received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University, School of Law and is a state bar member of both New York and New Jersey. Mr. Fishman is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has extensive experience in general liability claims, premises liability cases and coverage issues. Mr. Fishman is recognized as an expert in the area of legal malpractice and has presented seminars on all aspects of trial preparation to avoid potential claims of malpractice. He is the author of an article that was published in The New Jersey Law Journal addressing the issue of "insurance coverage under a general liability policy for the environmental clean-up of hazardous waste sites".
