Fiscella, Timothy

Andy’s practice primarily focuses on transportation law and medical malpractice. He has represented railroads his entire career and has litigated numerous FELA, crossing and trespasser cases. He has significant trial experience in Illinois and Missouri State Courts and Illinois Federal Courts. He attended the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel Trial College. A substantial amount of his practice consists of appellate work. He has briefed numerous cases in Illinois Appellate Courts. While in law school, he served as a clerk for Judge Lawrence Mooney of the Eastern District Court of Appeals in Missouri.

Andy lives in the City of St. Louis with his wife and three children.  In his free time he enjoys watching college basketball and is a fan of the SLU Billikens.
