Daniel Fishbein is a corporate and securities law advisor with a focus on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. He has advised foreign and domestic companies and private equity investors in buy- and sell-side mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and leveraged buyouts. His transactional experience also includes joint ventures, licensing arrangements, restructurings, venture and later-stage equity financings, and debt securities offerings. Daniel has gained experience in a wide variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, energy, retail, staffing, and building product sectors.
As counsel to numerous growing businesses, he advises clients on various legal and business matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, capitalization, equity compensation, capital raising, and customer contracts.
While on special assignment with client Georgia-Pacific, Daniel acted as division counsel for Georgia-Pacific Gypsum LLC.
