Meredith Cordisco is a senior associate in the firm's Securities Department, and a member of the Broker-Dealer Compliance and Regulation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2007.
Past Experience
Ms. Cordisco recently completed a clerkship with the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
During law school, Ms. Cordisco was a research assistant for Associate Dean John Y. Gotanda, where she researched lost profits recovery under the laws of countries, including Australia, England, France, German, Japan, Switzerland and the United States. She also reviewed tribunal decisions awarding lost profits in disputes between transnational contracting parties and explored the discounted cash flow method as a basis for calculating lost profit damages in breach of contract cases.
Ms. Cordisco also served as an intern in the Maryland State Department of Budget and Management from 2002 to 2003.
