Jodi Knobel Feuerhelm, a partner in the firm's Litigation practice, focuses on construction litigation, product liability, contract disputes and commercial litigation. She has represented clients in trial, mediation and arbitration proceedings and is licensed to practice law in Arizona, California and Utah. Her construction experience covers a wide range of disputes, including actions alleging failures in building materials, and the representation of developers, owners, contractors and other parties in disputes arising out of alleged defects in the design and construction of structures that include hotel and resort facilities, residential complexes and commercial buildings. She also has advised clients on lien and payment disputes and insurance coverage issues arising out of construction claims. Jodi's product liability practice includes the representation of major manufacturers in actions arising out of the sale and manufacture of allegedly defective products installed in large-scale construction projects, including piping products installed in water and sewer systems, and roofing and other building materials installed in residential and commercial buildings. In addition to her construction practice, she has experience handling a broad array of other business and commercial disputes.
