Jonathan Pearce practices in the areas of patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. He works with clients in the defense of intellectual property rights in the fields of computer software, Web-based software, satellite communication, television manufacturing, and interactive entertainment. Prior to joining Jones Day, Jonathan worked extensively in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications. He also has experience procuring, managing, and enforcing worldwide trademark portfolios.
