Ferry, Michael Alan

Sam Fern is the newest addition to our litigation department. Sam has ten years of personal injury litigation experience. Sam is a native Bostonian. He attended Roxbury Community College, Amherst College and graduated from Suffolk Law School in 1994. Sam has tried cases throughout Massachusetts in the Juvenile, District and Superior Courts. He has also argued successfully before the Supreme Judicial Court for which he was featured on the cover of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Sam has always maintained a close connection with the community. The first five years of his legal career were devoted to representing the interests of disadvantaged children and families. He brings that spirit of zealous advocacy to our practice to insure that our clients' rights and interests are represented. Sam has been an adjunct faculty member at Roxbury Community College where he taught remedial english to prepare students for their college careers. He currently serves on the Roxbury Community College Criminal Justice Advisory Board.
