Nikki Fermin is an associate at The Law Offices of Joel W. Baruch, PC. She represents employees in all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination litigation, breach of contract claims, wage-and-hour lawsuits, and traditional labor law. Ms. Fermin's work include administrative charges filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. She also provides representation in personal injury cases and civil rights cases. Ms. Fermin has participated in various phases of litigation, includeing law and motion practice, discovery, mediation, and trial.
Prior to becoming a member of the California State Bar, Ms. Fermin interned for the Honorable William D. Robbins of the Colorado State Judicial Branch-2nd District.
Ms. Fermin received an athletic scholarship as an NCAA Division I varsity tennis player at the University of California-Irvine where she was a Big West Scholar Athlete in 2004 and 2005.
